Who is eligible for school choice?
All students residing within HCISD boundaries are eligible to apply for school choice transfers.
Is transportation provided?
Transportation is the responsibility of the family for school choice transfers, unless space is available on existing routes.
Can I apply to multiple schools?
Yes, you may list up to three school preferences on your application.
What happens if my application is denied?
Students not accepted will attend their zoned school. You may reapply during the next enrollment period.
