Campus History
Treasure Hills Elementary takes its name from the surrounding neighborhood, known for its strong family values and commitment to education. Dedicated by the Harlingen CISD School Board on August 27, 1979, the school was established to serve the growing community with an initial 24-classroom facility. For over four decades, the campus has evolved to meet student needs, culminating in a ribbon-cutting ceremony in May 2022 that celebrated an extensive four-year renovation designed to modernize facilities and enhance 21st-century learning opportunities.
