Our Vision
To provide a K-8 School of Innovation focused on STEM education, giving students opportunities from kindergarten to eighth grade to experience careers and develop for future opportunities in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and medicine.
Travis STEM2 Academy K-8 School of Innovation is a newly transformed K-8 school that opened for 2025-2026, serving as the district's flagship STEM institution. The academy focuses on Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medicine with real-world learning experiences.

Principal Brandenburg leads Travis STEM² Academy with a vision of enveloping STEM components—science, technology, engineering, math, and medicine—for all scholars. She emphasizes giving students a curriculum baseline from kindergarten to eighth grade to help develop them for careers that may not even exist yet.
